I am excited to share with you that my first self-improvement book Unstuck - Think Like a Kid and Free Your Mind is now available on Amazon. I have poured my heart and soul into writing this book for the past year. With two young kids, a full-time job; it hasn't been easy and I am really happy with what we produced. Thank you to every one of YOU who has been part of my publishing journey.A few years ago, I got stuck because of a life-triggered event. I was lost, unmotivated, I didn't know what my purpose for life was. That made me anxious, I thought something was wrong with me. I started reflecting more whenever I experience negative emotions, asking more questions to confront my self-limiting beliefs, trying things that are out of my comfort zone such as this podcast. Little by little, things started to change. In this book, I share my journey of finding clarity in times of uncertainty, through my own struggles and the stories of many others.
